Green Bay, Wisconsin — An unexpected moment at the Green Bay Packers’ training facility has become one of the most talked-about stories in the locker room.

The story began just a few days after the Packers entered the important phase of their OTA program.

The players finished practice and gradually left the facility in the late afternoon.\

Rookie player Brandon Cisse, who was selected by the Packers in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft, was no exception.

After a few hours of work, Cisse drove home as usual.

He believed he was one of the last players to leave the facility that day.

More than two hours later, Cisse suddenly realized he had forgotten his personal iPad.

The device contained important notes from team meetings and offensive scheme plans.

Not wanting to waste valuable time the next day, Cisse immediately drove back.

When he arrived, the parking lot was nearly empty.

Most of the lights around the area had been turned off.

Cisse planned to take just a few minutes to grab his belongings before heading home.

However, as he walked past the practice field, he noticed lights still shining from a distance.

At the far end of the field, one player was still working alone.

That player was none other than Jordan Love.

While most of the team members had left more than two hours earlier, Love continued to grind away at his training.

Afterward, Cisse shared the experience that made many of his teammates reflect deeply.

“I thought I was one of the last ones to leave today. I drove home, sat down, and realized I forgot my iPad. Two hours later, I came back thinking the building would be empty. Instead, I saw Jordan Love still working there. That’s when I understood the difference between just making it to the NFL and becoming great.”
