BOSTON, MA — What initially appeared to be a routine mid-season roster adjustment by the Boston Red Sox has reportedly become one of the most serious culture moments inside the organization this year.
Earlier this week, newly called-up rookie infielder Austin Miller suddenly disappeared from the Red Sox’ active 26-man roster. Many fans initially believed the move was tied to minor injury concerns or a sudden option back down to Triple-A Worcester for more conditioning.
