Notably, Orsillo emotionally shared that he may soon be reunited with his close friend and legendary colleague Jerry Remy.

In a tearful announcement video posted on social media, Orsillo – the familiar voice of the Red Sox for 15 years – spoke in a warm but choked voice:
“I may soon be reunited with him… Jerry Remy. I miss him so much. If I have to go, I hope to be able to sit beside him and commentate on a game together.”
