With the SF Giants almost certain to be sellers at the MLB trade deadline in early August, fans have heard about all the names who are likely to be dealt by San Francisco.<\/p>\n

Robbie Ray, Luis Arraez, and Tyler Mahle all make sense as pieces to sell since they\u2019re all going to be free agents after the season so the Giants may as well get something for them now rather than lose them for nothing in the offseason.<\/p>\n

While a number of fans would like to see the team move on from either Matt Chapman, Willy Adames, or Rafael Devers (some want all three gone), that seems unlikely given how big their contracts are.<\/p>\n

But what about the players who haven\u2019t been talked about as trade chips that much? The Giants have several players who teams would surely have some interest in at the trade deadline and considering the fact they are one of the worst teams in MLB right now they should be open to offers for anyone on the roster.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s take a look at three Giants who are valuable trade chips if the team looks to shop them in the coming months.<\/p>\n

3 shiny trade chips SF Giants have if they want to use them<\/h2>\n

Keaton Winn<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, it does seem like Keaton Winn has now claimed the closer role for the Giants after a great performance on Wednesday night. He got a five-out save for the Giants to beat the Milwaukee Brewers and has looked really impressive all year.<\/p>\n

Winn currently has a 2.30 ERA on the year in 25 appearances and 27 and 1\/3 innings pitched. He\u2019s been one of the more consistent arms in the bullpen for the Giants this season.<\/p>\n

Michael Monreal of Just Baseball Media noted on social media that Winn could be an enticing trade chip given how well he has pitched and the fact that he is not a free agent until 2031.<\/p>\n

We saw last season that the Giants were willing to move their best relievers when they were seemingly out of contention at the deadline so maybe they\u2019d do the same by trading Winn this season.<\/p>\n

Heliot Ramos<\/strong><\/p>\n

While Heliot Ramos has been on the IL for a while and is expected to return sometime in June, it\u2019s been easy to forget about him with all of the different outfielders the Giants have been trying out from Will Brennan to Victor Bericoto and Jonah Cox.<\/p>\n

Before Ramos hit the IL he was hitting .267\/.307\/.424 on the season with four home runs and 20 runs batted in. He was swinging a hot bat before he went on the shelf as he slashed .296\/.367\/.519 in his last seven games before landing on the IL.<\/p>\n

While Ramos probably wouldn\u2019t net a huge prospect haul, he is still just 26 years old, is a former All-Star, and hit 22 home runs in 2024 and 21 homers last season. A team in need of a bat could be willing to take a chance on him even though his defense leaves a lot to be desired.<\/p>\n

Logan Webb<\/strong><\/p>\n

In recent seasons, Logan Webb always seemed to be the one untouchable for the Giants in trade talks. It doesn\u2019t feel like that is the case this time around.<\/p>\n

Webb had a rough start to the season and landed on the IL with a knee issue. He\u2019s looked a lot better since returning from his injury and lowered his ERA to 4.31 on the season after seven shutout innings against the Brewers.<\/p>\n

If the Giants decided they wanted to blow things up then trading Webb would be a good place to start. He\u2019s under contract through 2028 so a team would be getting a reliable ace-like pitcher for several seasons and the Giants could get some nice prospects in return.<\/p>\n

The Giants may not end up trading any of these guys, but with how this season has gone they should listen to offers on everyone so if they receive an offer that blows them away then these guys could be on their way out of San Francisco.<\/p>\n
